The Ritz-Carlton Singapore Millenia Hotel

Do you know a hotel that it's service is so good that it became a famous case study in Customer Relationship classes in universities?

Yes, this hotel is none other than the Ritz-Carlton.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel twice, once in Hong Kong and recently in Singapore.

The Ritz Carlton Singapore is a Five Star Luxury Hotel at the magnificent Marina Bay in Singapore, overlooking the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Singapore Eyes.

Perfect for honeymoon and anniversary celebration! However, we went there for a business trip, more like a stop over to meet up with potential clients in Singapore. Even though the meetings were not fruitful, we are glad to make some friends too. Who knows the dots may connects in futures as Steve Jobs said during the Stanford MBA graduation.

The Ritz Carlton Singapore Experience

The experience is amazing, right from the time our taxi stops at the door step of Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore to the moment we left. The staff welcomed us not only with a smile, but also courtesies that we didn't expect. They offered to send our luggage to the airport in the evening after we have checked out. Without our luggage, we spent the last day of our trip at the casino at Marina Bay Sands. My husband played pokers and wont more than $2000 that day. Call it first timer's luck.

The view from our premier room at Ritz Carlton Singapore is also overwhelming. Marina Bay Sands is within sight right from our bed. The interior decoration is full of oriental charm. We love the orchids placed in our bathroom everyday. Wouldn't it be good if we could have that back home.

I actually plan to come back to Singapore for a family trip next year. My parents have always wanted to revisit Singapore. Believe it or not, they came here for honeymoon 40 years ago and still talk about the nice food at the China Town till now. This time round, we care going to book the Suite at the Ritz Carlton Singapore Hotel. I believe my parents are going to enjoy Ritz Carlton and Singapore more than we do.
